Come join the team behind MontiiCo

At Westridge Goods, we create thoughtfully designed lifestyle products that make busy family life simpler and a whole lot more fun. We're proudly Australian owned and the team behind MontiiCo, a brand families genuinely love for stylish, practical lunch and drinkware that actually keeps up with real life.

We're lucky to have an amazing local community here on the Gold Coast, with plenty of our customers taking advantage of our Click & Collect offering from our Coomera location. We're heading into one of our biggest and busiest times of the year, and we're looking for some friendly new faces to join our retail team from November.

We have around two months of casual work available initially, with the opportunity for the right people to extend through until the end of February.

If you already know and genuinely love MontiiCo and our products, even better. You'll be chatting with customers who love them too! If you're new to MontiiCo but you're a quick learner who's excited to get to know the range, we'd still love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be one of the friendly faces of MontiiCo, helping our customers find what they need, welcoming our local Click & Collect customers and making sure everyone has a great experience with us.

This is a hands-on retail role where no two days will look exactly the same. One minute you might be helping a customer work out which lunch bag fits their favourite lunch box, the next you'll be preparing a Click & Collect order, restocking shelves, processing a sale or helping keep the store looking amazing.

We're looking for someone who can talk confidently and genuinely about our products. Ideally, you already know the MontiiCo range and love it yourself. If you don't, you'll need to be a quick learner who's keen to get across our products,

features and what makes them different.
