Casual Warehouse Pick Packer / Forklift Operator

Location: Leppington Industrial Park, NSW Positions available: Three on-call casual positions

Casual rate: $34.66 per hour

About the role

Frostbland is looking for three reliable people to join our warehouse team. You will pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch, operate a forklift, and assist with day-to-day warehouse activities. All three positions will start on an on-call casual basis. One of the three positions will become permanent after an initial casual period, with the person selected based on their performance in the role. The other two positions will remain on-call casual roles.

Shifts will be offered when work is available, so weekly hours will vary. Our usual shift times are:

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am to 1:30 pm

Key responsibilities

- Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
- Check products for damage or other issues before packing.
- Pack orders securely and apply the correct destination and tracking labels.
- Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely.
- Record stock movements by scanning items through the warehouse system.
- Assist with receiving, putaway, replenishment and stock counts.




- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods and equipment issues.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised, and follow workplace safety procedures.

What we’re looking for

- A current LF forklift licence and practical forklift operating experience.
- Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience.
- The physical ability to regularly lift, carry and move items weighing up to 25 kg.
- Accuracy, reliability and punctuality.
- Basic numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
- Availability for on-call shifts during the hours listed above.

Experience with RF scanners is helpful, but training on our systems will be provided. Our warehouse is in Leppington Industrial Park, where public transport is limited. Reliable access to transport is significant.
