About The Opportunity
As an Administration Officer Level 4, supporting services operating after-hours within the Central Coast Health at Home Department, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department through the provision of accurate, timely and efficient administrative services. Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure workflows, processes and customer enquiries are managed effectively to support quality service delivery.

This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient business operations and delivering a positive experience for staff, patients and stakeholders. In this role you will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the team.
- Manage workflows and competing priorities effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documents and records.
- Deliver responsive and professional customer service.
- Apply policies, procedures and legislation in daily tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, minutes and related documentation.
- Support senior staff and quality improvement activities.
- Undertake patient billing and related administrative processes.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:

- High level proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
