Applications Close: Sunday 11 October 2026 at 11:59pm The CCLHD – Community Nursing Team is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team and provide safe, person-centred nursing care to clients in the community.

- Deliver person-centred nursing care to clients in the community, supporting their health, wellbeing and independence.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Apply your clinical skills and knowledge to provide safe, evidence-based care within your scope of practice.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, carers and healthcare professionals while contributing to quality improvement and positive health outcomes.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), including an approved medication administration qualification.
- A valid Australian Driver Licence and the ability to meet required background and screening checks.
- Solid community nursing knowledge and clinical skills, with a commitment to safe, person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisation, accountability and initiative, with a commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and ongoing professional development.
