The Role:

This is a great opportunity to further develop your career in the Early Childhood industry.

- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of educators and leaders.
- Oversee the day to day operations
- Great support with management for occupancy building and staffing.
- Support and develop educators through coaching and professional development
- Build solid relationships with families, the local community, and stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes across the service
- Work in a well resourced and built centre.

You’ll bring: ➡️ A minimum Diploma of Children’s Services

➡️ Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks

➡️ Excellent Mentoring Skills

➡️ Great written and verbal communication abilities





➡️ Confidence in building relationships with families and the community

➡️ Working with Children's check and current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
