We are looking for hands-on Casual Cellar person/ Bar Attendant to join our team and support the day-to-day operation of our cellar and beverage services. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including receiving, storing, rotating and maintain stock levels, and ensuring high level of cleanliness. You will also perform bar duties when rostered as a Bar Attendant when required.

In this role you must be available up to 30 hours a week and available to work early morning Cellar shifts from 7am – 3pm, and occasional late-night Bar shifts from 9:45am – 11pm. If you love variety, enjoy connecting with patrons, and hold yourself to high standards, this is for you.

Pay rate:

Bar Attendant

- Mon – Fri - $34.85
- Sat - $41.82
- Sun – $48.78

Cellarperson
- Mon – Fri - $35.81
- Sat - $42.98
- Sun – $50.14

Key Responsibilities – Cellar person:

- Unload, unpack, and check goods against orders.
- Assist with quality control measures and procedures in the cellar.
- Maintain all cellar equipment.
- Inspect items for damage, quality, use-by dates, breakages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness in line with safe work practices.
- Maintain stock levels in all bars.
- Change kegs as required.
- Assist the operational team where required.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in accordance with safe work practices.

When rostered as a Bar Attendant you are required to:

- Supply, dispense,



or mix liquor and/or beverages
- Clean bar areas and equipment
- Prepare the bar for service
- Ensure orders are taken and processed accurately and serving drinks

Ideally, you will have:

- Current RSA & RCG Certificate
- Previous experience is desirable; however, training is provided.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of employees.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving stock
- Works well independently and as part of a team
