CENTRE DIRECTOR - Lead with Purpose at Little Saints ELC

This is a full-time leadership prospect for a dynamic people leader with a high-performing mindset. You will take the helm of our centre’s operations—driving excellence in early childhood education while cultivating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for both children and staff.

As our Service Director, you will:

- Lead with empathy and confidence, inspiring and empowering educators to thrive and grow professionally.

- Drive excellence in daily operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the centre.

- Champion a culture of care, curiosity, and collaboration, where children and educators alike feel valued and supported.

- Oversee the full scope of centre operations, including recruitment, regulatory compliance, team development, and resource management.

- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with families, staff, and the wider community—becoming a trusted and respected presence.

- Create an inclusive, welcoming environment through your strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring every child and family feels seen and supported.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional workplace culture that prioritises growth and well-being.





- Maintain the highest standards of early childhood education, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and quality frameworks.

The successful applicant will have:

- A completed Diploma in Children’s Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)

- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to build positive relationships with Children, Families and Educators

- Right to work in Australia.
