- You do not necessarily need to be an engineer.
- Ideally, you will have worked within an engineering consultancy, multidisciplinary consultancy or closely related professional services organisation where highly skilled technical professionals are at the core of the business.
- Most importantly, you will have evidence that you have helped scale a business .
- The experience of successfully managing that journey is.
- Introduced the operational, commercial and management disciplines that allowed a founder-led organisation to move into its next phase.
- Expand teams, revenue, services or markets while protecting the culture and technical quality that originally made the business successful.
