Centacare Central West & Orana is the official social services agency of the Catholic Diocese of Bathurst. With more than 110 staff and offices across the region, Centacare provides professional services that support individuals, families, children and communities. It is a registered charity and Public Benevolent Institution, serving people throughout the community.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Bishop and Trustees through the Advisory Council, the Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across Centacare.



The appointee will lead the implementation of the 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, support a capable senior leadership team and guide the organisation through its next stage of governance and service development.
