Join The Star Gold Coast as a Bar Supervisor and you will lead from the front, delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting and developing your team. In this role, you’ll oversee shift operations, set performance expectations, maintain service and quality standards, ensure accurate cash handling, and support financial targets. You’ll also drive clear communication, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure seamless service across every shift.

What we are looking for

- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or bar operations
- Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively
- Highly organised and eager, with a high attention to detail
- Versatile availability to meet the venue operating hours
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
