Manager Organisational Development & Culture

The Department of Justice (DoJ) delivers integrated criminal, civil and community justice services to enable a fair, safe and inclusive society for all Queenslanders.

About the role

As the Manager, Workforce Strategy and Analytics, you will provide strategic leadership across the department's workforce strategy, strategic workforce planning and analytics functions. You'll leverage data and insights to develop strategies to support organisational capability, workforce sustainability and the achievement of departmental objectives.

Some of your responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of contemporary workforce strategies and plans using workforce analytics and evidence-based workforce planning methodologies to address current and future workforce challenges.
- Lead, coach, motivate and develop the Workforce Strategy and Analytics team to deliver best practice outcomes.
- Direct the strategic development and governance of the department's workforce data assets, reporting architecture, and analytics platforms.
- Provide authoritative strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Team and senior executives,




- Guide the delivery of department-wide engagement mechanisms that contribute to People, Capability and Culture's objectives and service delivery.
