What your day could look like

As Pharmacy Lead – Digital Projects, you'll help shape how technology supports safer, smarter healthcare delivery. From guiding major digital initiatives to supporting teams through change, you'll work with clinicians, leaders and project specialists to create positive outcomes for patients, staff and the wider community.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Leading pharmacy-focused digital projects that improve clinical workflows, medication management and service outcomes.
- Partnering with clinicians, leaders and stakeholders to drive meaningful change and build confidence in recent ways of working.
- Designing education, training and support strategies that strengthen workforce capability in a digital healthcare environment.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement that maximise the benefits of digital solutions across the health service.

- Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy and current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Experience leading complex projects, programs or service improvements within healthcare settings.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and change leadership skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in a digital hospital environment and/or previous involvement in large-scale digital transformation projects.
