St Augustine’s College in Sydney seeks an accomplished educator to join our academic leadership team as Head of Literacy and Reading Culture for the 2027 school year. You will lead literacy across Years 5–12 and shape a College-wide culture where reading is valued for learning, enjoyment and personal growth.
You will coordinate the Augustine Resource Centre, embed evidence-informed literacy instruction, build staff capability and monitor impact through data-driven decisions.
