KPay Group is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead Australia's compliance program across payments, merchant acquiring and lending. You will partner with risk, operations, product, sales and legal to ensure ASIC and AUSTRAC obligations are met as the business scales.

You will own and maintain the Compliance Management Framework, oversee KYC/CDD/EDD, sanctions and financial crime controls, and drive monitoring, risk assessments and remediation in a fintech workplace.
