About the opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Manager, Enrolment Services to lead the Enrolment Services team within Student Services. Working closely with the Director, Student Services and senior stakeholders, you will lead the effective delivery of enrolment services across the student lifecycle while driving strategic initiatives, service improvements and a positive, high-performing team culture.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- work closely with the Director, Student Services, senior leaders, students and key stakeholders across the University
- lead the Enrolment Services team, aligning workforce and resources to deliver high-quality services
- oversee operational planning and delivery of enrolment services across the student lifecycle
- drive continuous improvement of enrolment systems, processes and services to enhance the student experience
- provide strategic advice and insights on enrolment services, operational performance, risks and opportunities
- build robust stakeholder partnerships to support effective service delivery and strategic initiatives.

About you

- proven senior management experience leading large service delivery teams within a complex organisational environment
- demonstrated experience in student administration or student services, with an understanding of issues impacting the student experience
- demonstrated experience managing client services using ServiceNow or similar service management platforms
- demonstrated capability in workforce planning, people leadership, performance management and resolving complex HR matters
- experience in financial management, resource planning and managing operational priorities and performance




- relevant bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
