About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst (Commercial), you will work closely with Product Managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to identify market opportunities, develop compelling customer value propositions, and support strategic decision-making. Combining customer insights, market analysis, and commercial expertise, you'll help drive product innovation, improve customer outcomes, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify growth opportunities through customer, market, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and refine customer value propositions across products and services.
- Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and portfolio optimisation.
- Prepare business cases, commercial assessments, and financial models.
- Translate business requirements into strategic recommendations and actionable initiatives.
- Analyse product performance, customer adoption, and commercial outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and strategic planning sessions.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on customers, revenue, profitability, and operations.
- Create executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations.

About You

You are a commercially minded Business Analyst who combines strong analytical capability with a customer-first approach. You enjoy influencing strategic decisions, solving complex business problems, and translating data and insights into meaningful business outcomes.

You'll bring:

- 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst,



Commercial Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience developing customer-centric solutions and value propositions.
- Solid understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, and portfolio optimisation.
- Proven capability in commercial analysis, revenue assessment, and business case development.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication abilities.
- Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or a related industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools.
