- Ability to engage directly with businessstakeholders, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate theminto SAP solutions.

- Valuable understanding of HR integrations, datamigration, reporting, and security/role design concepts.

- Experience supporting end-to-end projectlifecycle including design, testing, training, and deployment.

- Strong communication skills with the ability tobridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.
