MannaCare is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and lead education and training across our organisation.

n

This is an exciting prospect for an experienced Registered Nurse and qualified trainer to shape and deliver practical, contemporary education that builds workforce capability, confidence and quality care.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for developing and coordinating MannaCare's annual Education and Training Calendar, delivering clinical and competency-based education, supporting onboarding and induction and ensuring mandatory training requirements are met.

n

You will identify capability gaps, turn audit findings, incidents and emerging risks into targeted and meaningful learning opportunities.

n

You will also oversee our learning management systems, including ALIS, maintain training compliance and records and coordinate internal and external training providers.

About You

n





You will be a confident educator and engaging communicator who can connect with staff across all levels and adapt your approach to different learning needs.

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
n
- Extensive aged care education and training experience
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a trainer in an educational setting
n
- Experience with ALIS or a similar learning management system
n
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS and compliance requirements
n
- Strong mentoring, communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
n
- Satisfactory NDIS Screening
