What you’ll do n

You’ll lead the delivery and commercial performance of major civil projects while providing direction to Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers and broader project teams.

n

Your focus will include:

n

n
- Project delivery, program, cost, quality, risk and HSEQ performance.
n
- Budgets, forecasting, procurement, variations, claims and commercial risk.
n
- Client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
n
- Developing people, strengthening project capability and improving delivery systems.
n
- Supporting repeat work and future business opportunities.
n

What we’re looking for n

This role will suit an experienced civil construction leader with:

n

n
- 10–15+ years’ civil construction experience and a track record delivering $10M–$100M+ projects.
n
- Strong leadership experience across multidisciplinary project teams.
n
- Proven commercial and contract management capability.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
n
- A practical approach to HSEQ and project delivery.
n
- The judgement, communication skills and commercial acumen to operate at a senior level.
n
