About the Role n
On behalf of our client, a respected Australian salon, we are seeking a skilled Hairdresser to deliver exceptional services. We connect qualified professionals with employers who value artistry and precision. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and a commitment to client satisfaction within a rapid-paced environment.
KEY DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES n
n
- Styling Hair with various tools and keeping up with the current trends by searching through social media and following influenced styles.
n
- Providing clients with expert hair care procedures.
n
- Selling the stores products to clients
n
- Washing hair, blow drying, straightening, styling hair.
n
- Using scissors to cut and style the clients hair to their preferred style.
n
- Working with clients to achieve their hair goals.
n
- Consulting with clients to work out the best action plan for their requests.
n
- Cleaning and tidy the workstation as well as the salon when it is needed.
n
- Draw up quotes for clients.
n
- Managing appointments.
n
- Taking phone calls to book in appointments or organize cancellations s well as giving over the phone rough estimated quotes.
n
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: nn
- At least 2 years fulltime work experience
n
- High standard of Colouring and cutting skills
n
- Someone who genuinely cares about the level of service they offer
n
- Someone who is down to earth
n
- Likes being a member of a small team
n
- Someone open to learning
n
