Applicants must:

- hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check
n
- have full accreditation with NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA)
n
- comply with the Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead Policy upon appointment
n

Criteria:

- have a knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school
n
- provide evidence of qualifications in a specialised faculty
n
- able to work as a member of a committed team of qualified teachers,



dedicated to providing quality teaching and learning in partnership with the parent community
n
- demonstrated ability to work closely with the Leader of Inclusion to manage, mentor, and support a large team of learning support teachers and education assistants within the faculty
n
- understanding of, and experience with the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) process, with proven capability in leading the collection, verification, and moderation of evidence to ensure strict legislative compliance
n
- demonstrated knowledge of NESA Disability Provisions, including implementing HSC exam provisions, Life Skills curriculum pathways, and modified assessment tasks to support equitable curriculum access for high school students.
n
- proven capacity to partner with students, parents, and health professionals to design and implement individualised adjustments and learning plans that foster inclusive high school environments
