Talent is recruiting for our leading financial services client, seeking an Executive Manager, Financial Crime.

n

Bringing deep financial crime expertise and institutional banking experience, you will challenge established approaches, strengthen assessment methodologies and drive more insightful, data-informed outcomes.

n

Responsibilities of the role include:

n

n
- Enhance financial crime risk assessment methodologies, standards, guidance and governance frameworks
n
- Drive strategic uplift initiatives supporting evolving money laundering, terrorism financing and proliferation financing risk assessment requirements
n
- Apply institutional banking expertise to improve assessments across complex products, customers and business activities
n
- Partner with Financial Crime, Risk, Legal,



Technology and business stakeholders to strengthen assessment quality and consistency
n

n

To be successful in this role:

n

n
- Significant financial crime experience within banking, with institutional or wholesale banking experience essential
n
- Robust Line 2 experience providing financial crime advice, oversight and effective challenge
n
- Demonstrated experience developing or enhancing financial crime risk assessment methodologies and frameworks
n
- A strong understanding of inherent risk, control effectiveness and residual risk assessment
n
- Experience supporting regulatory change, financial crime transformation or strategic capability uplift
