The opportunity n

Archer is growing. This role offers the chance to join a boutique practice, work directly with the principal, and make an impact on both client outcomes and the growth of the practice.

The role will develop with the firm. For the right candidate, there is a clear path to senior positions as the practice expands. Casual and permanent arrangements are available.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Run a caseload of construction, security of payment,



strata and property matters under the principal's supervision
n
- Advise clients on building contracts, payment disputes, defects and strata issues
n
- Prepare adjudication applications and adjudication responses
n
- Draft advice, correspondence, pleadings, affidavits and submissions
n
- Appear across various jurisdictions
n
- Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development
n

The successful candidate nn
- Admitted as a solicitor in NSW, with 1 to 3 years PQE
n
- Experience in construction, strata, property or litigation (preferred)
n
- A strong work ethic and a high standard of accuracy
n
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including direct client contact
n
- Able to manage a varied workload and consistently meet deadlines
n
