We’re seeking a Senior Project Leader who understands that a floor plan is more than just walls – it’s a careful composition of light, space, and human experience.

As their design protagonist, you’ll be crafting narratives through form and space, leading a team that transforms urban constraints into architectural opportunities. This isn’t just about designing buildings; it’s about curating vertical communities and crafting tomorrow’s urban fabric.

In the role as aSenior Project Leader, your key responsibilities will be:

- Manage a team of designers across complex multi-residential projects thinking of not only creativedesign and sculpting it to perfection but also the technical end results of functionality.
- Design & Lead processes from concept through to full completion
- Work closelywith clients, consultants, stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes
- Prepare meetings with clients andreview representations for success




- Mentor and coach your teams across projects fostering a cooperative culture and seeing the true potential in each key team member
- Participate in thought leadership contributions and design reviews

In the role as aSenior Project Leader , we require you to have the following experience:

- 10+ years experience working across multi-residential projects
- Strong design focused showcasing this typology
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Enscape, Lumion, Twin Motion & Adobe packages
- Prior experience leading similar projects in a fast paced environment
- Registration is desired for this role
- Excellent communication and written skills paired with being able to present and be comfortable in front of clients
- Strong team leading and relationship building skills with your team and clients.
