The Commonwealth Ombudsman Sydney NSW is seeking a lawyer to join the Defence, Investigations, ACT and Legal Branch. The successful candidate will advise staff, manage FOI requests, privacy obligations, and participate in litigation and training on legal issues.

Ideally with experience in an in-house government legal team or related settings, you will draft and review instruments, delegations, and external correspondence, and identify risks while delivering pragmatic legal guidance.
