- Our Gregory Hills service, a 135-place purpose-built centre rated Exceeding in all seven Quality Areas in the 2023 Assessment and Rating
- Our Five Dock service, proudly rated Exceeding in the 2021 Assessment and Rating
- A brand-recent, purpose-built Moss Vale service, offering 86 places
- A brand-new, purpose-built Gregory Hills service, offering 190 places

The Role

As a Certificate III Early Childhood Educator, you will work alongside our experienced team to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children feel supported to learn, explore and develop.

- Develop positive partnerships with families, colleagues and the wider community
- Support children's learning, development, wellbeing and individual needs

- Contribute ideas, observations and experiences to children's educational programs
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, supervision and child protection
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and a genuine passion for early childhood education

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively working towards an approved qualification
- A current Working With Children Check
- A strong understanding of children's health, safety and wellbeing
- A positive and professional approach to working with children, families and colleagues
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
- A genuine passion for supporting children during their early years
