Expand your career in change

Our pipeline of work is growing, and that gives us the prospect to bring some new talent into our team. We are looking to appoint a Change Partner (or two) to join our team. We partner with organisations across a range of sectors and change programs, and we're on a quest to help businesses get better at change.

We think there’s a better way to lead change. Not a cookie-cutter change plan, but one that puts people at the heart of change. Our focus is on helping people make sense of change, and with the understanding that no change operates in a vacuum (or according to change plans).

Our unique approach and methodology helps us guide businesses and leaders through change, but what makes the most impact is our amazing team of change practitioners. Our team work on both as client partners on longer-term engagements, and on shorter high-value projects, sometimes juggling a couple of projects at a time.

If you have some experience working as part of a change team and are looking for an opportunity to further spread your wings, then this might just be the ideal chance to do so.

We don't expect you to have any experience in consulting, perhaps you don't yet call yourself a 'Change Manager'. What you are likely to have is a couple of years experience working on change projects of some kind, either as a change practitioner or analyst,



or in an adjacent area such as training or communications. You probably also have that nagging feeling that there has to be a way make the experience of work and change just a bit better!
