Camden Valley Inn located at 290 Remembrance Driveway, Cawdor NSW 2570 , is currently seeking talented and dedicated Full Time Chefs for the daily operation of our busy kitchen.

Major duties: · Prepare and cook foods in quantity of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.

· Enforce OH&S; and hygiene regulations.

· Inspect facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance.

· Requisition stock, materials, supplies or equipment.

· Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established.

Work experience:



At least two years’ Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred

Education/Skills: At least Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality is preferred

Salary: A$65,000 – A$75,000+ Superannuation

Annual Leave: 4 weeks

Working Hours: 40 Hrs per week
