The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional pastry chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality desserts, pastries and buffet offerings.

Working as part of our kitchen team, you will play an important role in maintaining the quality, consistency and presentation of our pastry and dessert offering while supporting the wider operation across restaurant service, functions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked products to
- company standards.
- Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist in daily production planning and stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with food
- safety regulations.
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize wastage.
- Support the Head Pastry Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.




- Train and mentor junior pastry team members when required.
- Always adhere to workplace health and safety procedures.

About You:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen - ideally in a similar
- setting
- Ability to produce quality food, use fresh produce and be creative
- Must have Qualifications or equivalent trade experience
- HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge
- Prepared to work across multi outlets including service and functions/events
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
- Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
- You will be reliable, dedicated and willing to continue learning
