Cafe 1812 is looking for a passionate, qualified and experienced two Full Time Chefs, to work at 19 Oxford Street, Paddington, NSW 2021

We are established and a busy restaurant serving our loyal customers for many years in this area.

Duties include

- able to manage functions and catering
- able to plan menu and price menu items
- cooking and preparing food items.
- follows food safety procedures, occupational health and safety procedures, and maintains hygiene
- training kitchen staff
- communicating management on profit margin, estimating food labour cost, and negotiating with supply orders.
- checking the quality of food items and doing stock-take

Must have atleast 1 year experience.

Must have relevant skills and qualification in Hospitality Management.
