We are reopening and expanding our cafe operations and are looking for experienced, reliable and enthusiastic team members to join us across our Merrylands and Guildford locations.

We are currently hiring for:

?‍? HEAD CHEF and Kitchen Hands

Requirements & Experience:

- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a cafe or similar hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cafe-style food and kitchen operations

Ability to lead and manage a kitchen team

- Food preparation, menu execution and quality control
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment

☕ BARISTA

Requirements & Experience:

- Minimum 2–3 years’ barista experience in Australian cafes
- Must be able to do latte art as we are high-volume cafe.
- Confident with espresso coffee, milk texturing and latte art
- A plus if you have experience with specialty coffee such as single origin blends and batch brews.
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods
- Able to jump around sections and cover where needed
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and cafe operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team

?️ ALL-ROUNDER

Responsibilities:

- Assist with both front of house duties




- Running food and drinks
- Customer service and assisting with orders
- Basic pastries and drink preparation
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Restocking and maintaining a clean cafe
- Supporting the team during busy periods

Requirements:

- Previous cafe or hospitality experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

?‍? FLOOR STAFF

Responsibilities:

- Taking customer orders
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Serving food and drinks
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Restocking front-of-house areas
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the cafe
- Assisting the team during busy periods

Requirements:

- Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Friendly and skilled attitude
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
