The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, growth and commercial direction of the business, working across ecommerce, digital, marketing, operations, product and people.

The focus will be on building on an established foundation, creating a transparent growth strategy and ensuring the business has the right structure, capability and leadership in place to scale successfully.

Experience Needed

- Senior leadership experience within consumer products, retail or ecommerce
- Proven experience scaling a D2C / ecommerce-led business
- Strong commercial and P&L; capability
- Track record of delivering meaningful business growth
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing
- Experience developing and executing growth strategy, ideally international
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams




- Experience evolving organisational structure and capability as a business scales
- International growth or market expansion experience highly regarded
- Commercially minded, hands-on and comfortable moving between strategy and execution
