Our client is a fast-growing, premium modular home manufacturer, selling across Australia with national and international expansion firmly in their sights. With a strong product, a clear brand and serious growth ambitions, they are now looking for a COO to run the business day to day and turn strategy into results.

A privately owned business that's ready to scale & needs the right operator to make it happen.

POSITION A COO position is now available to lead the day-to-day operations of the business.

- Own and deliver sales and profit targets. Turning company strategy into clear plans and decisive action.
- Run the business operationally so it doesn't depend on the owner. Building systems, process and accountability across every function.
- Oversee every job including approvals, production scheduling and logistics.
- Work closely with the CFO on cash flow, forecasting, budgets and monthly financials.
- Review and act on weekly marketing, sales and admin reporting. Keeping the business moving and on track.
- Lead people and culture, hiring, performance management, team rhythms and a visible, open-door presence.
- Manage CRM systems, SOPs and operational bottlenecks to keep the business running efficiently.
- Serve as the key point of contact between the CEO and the broader team,



with a weekly reporting cadence directly to the owner.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Proven experience as a GM or COO within a multi-site product, construction or building business
- Commercially sharp with a strong track record of protecting and delivering margin
- Strong financial discipline - experienced working with a CFO across budgets, cash flow and forecasting
- A people leader who builds culture, accountability and high-performing teams
- Comfortable operating in a privately owned business environment - executing strategy rather than setting it
- Experience with CRM systems, SOPs and operational process improvement
- Based in or willing to relocate to Queensland
