As a Child Health Registered Nurse, you will be assisting families with feeding difficulties, sleep and settling challenges, unsettled or irritable infants and adjusting to parenthood. Permanent part-time position working 24-32 hours/week.

About You

You are passionate about nursing and love working in a positive and effective team environment.

You also possess the following:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months' paediatrics experience
- Strong paediatric clinical assessment and nursing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with children and families
- A calm, patient and reassuring approach when caring for children
- Ability to adapt communication and care approaches to meet the individual needs of each child and family
- Sound knowledge of child growth, development and health needs
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Remuneration: A base hourly rate of $39.96 - $54.01 superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (QLD RN/Midwife Lvl 1 Years 1-8)
