This is an opportunity to take ownership of a diverse claims portfolio, working closely with clients, insurers and brokers to deliver strong claims outcomes and a high level of service.
Key responsibilities:
- Advocate for clients and negotiate with insurers, assessors and suppliers
- Interpret policy wordings and assess coverage
- Maintain robust client relationships and provide regular claims updates
- Manage claims reviews, reporting and compliance requirements
About you:
- Strong experience within General Insurance Claims
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident managing claims independently and resolving complex issues
