About The Role As a Civil Labourer, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of civil and electrical infrastructure projects throughout Southeast Queensland.

Your responsibilities will include

- General civil labouring duties
- Pit and conduit installation
- Trenching, digging and backfilling
- Pipe laying and civil construction works
- Concreting and site preparation
- Assisting operators and tradespeople on site
- Working safely around underground and live services
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite
- Following all safety, environmental and quality requirements

About You We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and enjoys being part of a hardworking team. To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- Construction White Card (essential)
- Previous civil construction or labouring experience




- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts when required
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
