We're looking for experienced Civil Operators to join us. Be part of essential works including bulk earthworks, drainage, and site rehabilitation.

Civil Operators

- Operate rollers, tandem tippers, skid steers, and other civil plant equipment
- Perform earthworks, pavements & drainage
- Conduct pre-start checks, basic maintenance, and safe machine operation
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards

You’ll Need

- Local to the Mackay Region essential
- Operators to have previous experience operating plant in civil construction
- Valid Australian HR Driver’s Licence
- Detailed Excavation, highly regarded
- Relevant RII tickets
- White Card
- Strong safety focus and teamwork attitude
