Factory Cleaner Wanted – Dandenong

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers flexible scheduling to suit your availability, with the opportunity for regular, ongoing work. You will be engaged as an independent contractor operating under your own ABN.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning of factory/industrial premises including floors, surfaces, and communal areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface wiping
- Remove rubbish and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and as directed
- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within allocated timeframes




- Communicate professionally with clients and the Mina Group team
- Report any property damage, safety concerns, or client issues promptly

Requirements

- Valid Australian driver's licence (essential)
- Current Police Check (essential)
- Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel to the Dandenong site
- Registered ABN (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
- Ability to submit invoices for completed work as a subcontractor
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Robust attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
