About the role

CORE Cleaning is a Gold Coast bond and end-of-lease cleaning business looking for a reliable subcontract cleaner to join our team. We're growing and have consistent work on offer — this isn't a one-off, it's ongoing.

What the work involves

- Bond/end-of-lease cleans, plus regular and spring cleans as they come up
- Jobs booked and dispatched through our job management system where you can see all future sheduled jobs, with full property details and a job brief sent the night before
- Working independently and in teams in office to our checklist and quality standard

What you'll need

- Your own ABN (this is a subcontract role, not employment)
- Your own cleaning equipment and products
- Reliable transport
- Strong attention to detail — our reputation is built on a bond-back guarantee,



so quality matters
- Availability across weekdays, with weekend availability a bonus

Pay

- Bond cleans: $50/hr weekday, $55/hr weekend
- Other cleans (regular, spring, etc.): $45/hr weekday, $50/hr weekend
- Weekly invoicing
