Cleaner – Unit Complex (Belmont) | Casual

Location: Belmont, WA

Hours: 5 days per week, approx. 4–5 hours per day

Type: Casual

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner to maintain a well-presented 7-unit complex in Belmont. The role involves performing regular service cleans across 2-bedroom units, as well as vacate cleans when required.

About the Role

- Cleaning and maintaining 7 x 2-bedroom units

- Regular service cleans and vacate cleans as needed

- Ensuring a high standard of presentation and hygiene

- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management

- Working independently and managing your own time effectively

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Trustworthy, punctual, and takes pride in their work

- Experienced in residential or commercial cleaning

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Respectful and understanding of Aboriginal culture and community values





- Physically fit and capable of manual cleaning duties

Requirements

- National Police Clearance (current)

- Working with Children Check (current)

- Previous cleaning experience preferred
