Role Description This is a Casual Contract remote role for Cleaners, who will primarily work on-site at client locations while receiving scheduling, instructions, and support remotely. Day-to-day tasks include performing general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash. Cleaners will follow established checklists and safety protocols, use approved cleaning products and equipment, and report any maintenance or safety issues encountered on-site.

The role also involves communicating with the remote coordination team, updating work status through digital tools,



and adhering to client-specific requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment, with attention to health and safety guidelines.
- Solid time management and organizational skills, including following cleaning checklists and meeting scheduled deadlines.
- Dependable work habits, including punctuality, reliability, and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks.
- Explicit communication skills for coordinating with remote supervisors, reporting issues, and following instructions.
- Comfort using basic digital tools or mobile apps for scheduling, task updates, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision and maintain a professional demeanor at client locations.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights as required for cleaning activities.
- Prior skilled cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
- Eligibility to work in the relevant jurisdiction and willingness to undergo background checks if required.
