Your gig

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the club experience. You’ll:

- Clean and sanitise changerooms, toilets, showers, studios, gym floors, shared spaces and pool surrounds where applicable

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe down and spot-clean surfaces and equipment throughout your shift

- Complete scheduled cleaning, deep-cleaning and reset routines to a consistently high standard

- Respond quickly and safely to spills, mess and hygiene or presentation issues

- Reset studios and shared spaces between sessions so everything is ready and on time

- Use approved chemicals, equipment and PPE safely, following all procedures and training

- Work with teams across the club to keep the member journey seamless

- You have more than one year of experience in cleaning, housekeeping or keeping busy spaces looking their best

- You’re flexible. Early starts, evenings and weekends don’t faze you

- You bring great energy. You show up, get stuck in and can be counted on to follow through

- You’re a self-starter who’s just as happy owning your tasks as you are jumping in to help the team

- You’re open and easy to work with. You communicate clearly, take feedback on board and keep your cool when the club gets busy

- You care about people. You work safely, treat everyone with respect and help make the club feel welcoming for every member
