Role: Senior MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Supply Chain / Finance & Operations

Location: Sydney

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes.
- Proven experience in Dynamics functional consulting and solution design.
- Strong understanding of CRM operating models and business processes.
- Experience working across Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and integrations.
- Strong business analysis and process optimisation capability.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technology solutions.
- Experience operating as a Senior Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Dynamics Solution Consultant .




- Solid understanding of standard D365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) business processes and modules.
- Worked on Production, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and Advanced Warehousing processes.
- Not demonstrated experience in D365 FO rollout or implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other Dynamics professionals.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Ability to operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
