STUDIO BELLE is a Luxury residential interior design studio based in Sydney, creating personalised, sophisticated interiors for renovations and new builds across the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, and Inner Sydney. Our work spans Luxury interior design, home renovation, furniture selection & styling, from initial concept through to completion.We work on properties that require elevated Luxury design and with clients who expect the highest level of service and professionalism.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with strong sales, partnerships and marketing/PR oversight experience, and the drive to own one of the most senior leadership positions in the business as it grows. This is a genuine new-business role: getting out and meeting people, opening doors with architects, builders, buyers agents and referral partners, and converting conversations into signed projects.

The role reports directly to the CEO. Whilst this is a standalone position today, it's built for someone with real experience of, or passion for, rapid business growth, combined with the drive and ambition to become one of the most senior leaders here at STUDIO BELLE.The pathway to get to the leadership role is already mapped for the right person.

What You'll Do

- Identify, prospect and win new business across residential renovation and new-build projects
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, from first contact through to signed project
- Develop and own strategic partnerships with architects, builders, Buyers Agents, developers and other referral and channel partners
- Represent STUDIO BELLE at industry events, networking functions and client meetings
- Consult with prospective clients on scope and fit before handing over to the design team
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date,



and report on pipeline and activity to the CEO
- Work closely with the Creative Director and design team so the handover from sale to delivery is seamless
- Own STUDIO BELLE's marketing and PR agency relationship, ensuring outcomes support our growth targets in STUDIO BELLE
- Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships and growth opportunities that support rapid business growth
- Take full ownership of sales, partnership and marketing/PR outcomes, and their results

Who We're Looking For

- Strong sales, partnerships and marketing/PR oversight experience, ideally in interior design, luxury retail, real estate or hospitality
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in previous roles through the interview process
- A natural networker who genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships
- Confident picking up the phone, walking into a recent showroom or builder's office, or starting a conversation with someone they've never met
- Commercially minded and comfortable working towards ambitious targets
- Organised and autonomous, with strong ownership of their own pipeline and results
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the judgement to represent the STUDIO BELLE brand well
- A genuine interest in interior design and premium residential projects
- A genuine drive to own one of the most senior leadership positions in the business as it grows — this is a role for someone building a career, not filling a seat
- Experience of, or real passion for, rapid business growth

This role owns STUDIO BELLE's relationship with our PR and Marketing agency — the external partner delivering PR and Marketing outcomes for STUDIO BELLE

Location & Remuneration

This is a Full-time hybrid role, with key days each week based at our Sydney studio. Remuneration is commensurate with experience.
