Senior-Associate Fire Safety Engineer

Location: Sydney CBD / Hybrid

Salary: Excellent Salary Package + Super + Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

- Leading fire protection design from concept to completion, including sprinkler systems, hydrants, smoke control, and fire strategy.
- Coordinating with architects, builders, and other engineering disciplines to deliver compliant, sustainable, and practical solutions.
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to develop their skills.
- Ensuring all designs meet relevant Australian standards, codes, and regulations.

Qualifications

- 7+ years' experience in fire protection/building services design.
- Degree qualified in Fire Engineering, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or similar).
- Experience in project management and client liaison.
- Chartered (CPEng) or working towards will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
