ACE is seeking a Sales Manager – SCADA & Control Systems to lead business development and sales activities across utilities, renewable energy, water & wastewater, rail and mining.

This is a senior, technical, client-facing role suited to someone with extensive experience in SCADA, PLC/RTU, automation, electrical/control systems, commissioning, estimating and technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid client relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Lead client engagement and sales strategy
- Understand technical and commercial requirements
- Prepare and review scopes, estimates, proposals and tender responses
- Identify project risks, assumptions and exclusions
- Work with ACE engineers to develop practical, competitive solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline and support handover to project delivery

About You





- Strong communication, leadership and people skills
- Solid understanding of SCADA and control systems
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development or estimating
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Organised, responsive and results-focused
- Comfortable engaging with senior, technical and non-technical stakeholders
