V2R Projects is seeking experienced Site Managers to join our Brisbane and Townsville teams. We are an established commercial construction contractor delivering projects across Queensland with a strong portfolio of work across state and federal government, commercial, defence and health sectors. Our team specialises in technically challenging projects and operational high-compliance environments where safety, quality and security are paramount.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial construction and fit-out projects ranging from $1M to $8M, ensuring safety, quality, and program objectives are consistently achieved.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing client project sites to meet their operational and compliance requirements
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of building and fit-out projects
- Coordinating subcontractors and managing construction sequencing
- Managing and updating construction programs, schedules, and daily site activities
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard
- Monitoring works and conducting regular quality inspections




- Maintaining site safety compliance in line with OH&S; requirements
- Proactively identifying and resolving on-site challenges
- Working closely with the Project Manager and broader project team
- Engaging with clients, consultants and other key stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor within commercial construction
- Demonstrated experience delivering building and fit-out projects
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage multiple trades and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of construction methodology and subcontractor management
- Strong focus on site safety and quality control
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate as a key member of a project team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience on Defence projects is highly regarded
- Ability to meet Defence site access and security requirements, including eligibility to obtain a DCAC pass
- Experience with construction management platforms including Procore and 1Breadcrumb is highly regarded
