About The Role

We’re seeking a Technical Solutions & Commercial Lead to work across key government accounts, combining technical solution design, commercial strategy and senior-level relationship management. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their technology needs, design practical and resilient solutions, and translate these into commercially viable proposals and opportunities across IT, cloud, telecommunications, mobility and security.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead solution design, scoping and technical ownership across government client accounts.
- Develop proposals, tenders, statements of work, quotes and business cases.
- Manage account growth, renewals, variations, pipeline, pricing and commercial outcomes.
- Build solid relationships with senior government stakeholders and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Coordinate internal engineering, sales and commercial teams to develop cohesive client solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet relevant security, compliance,



resilience and public-safety requirements.
- Support account governance and provide ongoing technical and commercial guidance.

About You

You’ll be a technically credible, commercially minded and highly personable professional who can confidently engage with both technical teams and senior stakeholders. You’ll ideally have experience designing and commercially structuring technology solutions for government clients, along with a strong understanding of IT, telecommunications, cloud, security or managed services. Experience in mission-critical environments, MSPs, systems integrators or telecommunications will be highly regarded, as will government procurement and security frameworks. Most importantly, you’ll bring strong communication skills, commercial instinct and the ability to build genuine, long-term client relationships.
