You will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of a scalable support model from enrolment to graduation, ensuring a seamless, data-driven student experience.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with academic leaders, and provide strategic advice to executive committees on service performance and long-term strategy.
