Glencore Mount Isa Mines seeks an experienced Supervisor - Isa Surface Fleet to lead a mobile fleet and crew on site in Mount Isa. You’ll oversee haul trucks, loaders and related equipment, balance production priorities with safety, and coordinate with maintenance for equipment availability.
The role is residential in Mount Isa, with a 4-on, 4-off rotating roster. You will report to the Isa Surface Fleet Superintendent and drive protected production with strong leadership and communication.
